Player on portrait rotated display

Hello
I have a question, I need a full screen on portrait mode. When I try to rotate the screen OS using an application from the play store, it will end up with a screen that stays on the landscape and appears in the middle of the system. I have to have the fullscreen system in height.
as was the case here:

I have a Lineage 14.1 on desktop PC.

If it is not, do you know any proven hardware (probably minix) when I buy a 100% work on full-screen portrait? Can be when xibo works in landscape and all content is portrayed. Images or videos I will rotate to portrait. There is a problem with other content (webpage, PDF, text… etc…)

Minix normally lock out screen rotation in my experience.

The devices we recommend from DSDevices all support screen rotation out of the box.
