When a Player version goes from one video to another, the image from the other video appears and remains frozen for approximately 4 seconds after the sequence in the video.
It’s as if the transition to disappear between videos doesn’t work, but I realize that it works when it comes from the xibo splash screen to the Standard Layout, from the Standard Layout to the next layout, this problem happens with layouts only with videos.

what version is your cms? before r406, does it work?
New installation, start with this new version at 406

I resolved it by following this procedure provided by support:
NO CMS:
- Go to the display configuration profile for Android devices
- Go to Advanced tab - ON Use multiple decoders (turn this off)
- Same tab Change Exoplayer to Android Media Player
