Is it possible to only show PDF or JPG based on TAGS.
For example: I want to show only pictures taged with NEW

Take a look at the Playlist functionality where you can use the ‘Dynamic’ checkbox to set the filter criteria to automatically populate and or manage that Playlist with all Library media that contains the Tag - NEW.
