Pixelated display after replacing the PC

We previously had a PC with Windows 10 and have now replaced it with a new PC with Windows 11. Since then, the display on the screen has been pixelated/blocky.

Xibo version, Layouts and the TV are unchanged. In the Windows settings, the zoom is set to 100%. The resolution in Windows is the same as on the TV: 4096x2160

Also in Xibo:

If we display a PDF manually on the screen, then it is not pixelated - only via the Xibo Player.
