PDF SQLSTATE error

Hi guys,

In our Xibo ecosystem, we have a user who manages two screens by replacing 8 PDF files every day with the latest updated version. This has been working fine for a while, but for the past two days, one of the files has been throwing up an error when he tries to replace it. The error also comes up if he deletes the file and tries uploading it again from scratch.

The error says: SQLSTATE[21000]: Cardinality violation: 1242 Subquery returns more than 1 row

Is this an issue with the file itsself, or with the server, or is it something completely different?

Could you please truncate your CMS logs then go through Report Fault Wizard ie enable auditing, recreate the issue, save the log file and send said logs to me via private message?

It might be this issue Removing an image from library => Unexpected Error, please contact support
Would be good to confirm that with auditing CMS logs just in case.
