Hello,
I have an issue with my players.
My CMS installation is on Docker (Ubuntu)
They can connect to my CMS and push notifications are OK on port 9505.
But they can’t download files.
How can i custom URL and port for the path to download ?
What is your network environment setting?
The CMS acts as server. The player acts as client. In all cases, the client must be able to connect to the server to download the files. Are your CMS and player on the same network? Any proxy in the between?
If you don’t mind, please share the info message from the player (press i)?
