Page layout in editor differs from display

Issue

I design a layout in the editor. It looks quit good.

Then in the layout preview it looks quit different, and on the player it again looks different:

I am having a similar problem since upgrading from 4.0.4 to 4.0.5 yesterday. One of my displays was showing fine (both on the preview and display), after the CMS update it now looks like this:

The template is correct and looks like this in design:

When I do a preview the text is way out:

The calendar templates fine but the static text is in the wrong place. I have a few different layouts and this is the only one that is effected. All our displays run on Windows.

We have identified some issues with scaling in our last release which we are currently fixing and looking to release to address these issues very soon.
