Can I provide own manual in CMS(not link to your site, but my own files in xibo server’s folder)?
If I can, please tell me the way to do this.

You can, there is a Location of the Manual in CMS settings, you can set the path to your manual there.
If it is 1.8 series CMS that you’re using, you should put that in /userscripts folder much like the white label we offer with white label cms theme - Xibo CMS White Label Theme Administration
