On Premise License problem

II try adding some devices to my On-Premise license pool.
But after uploading the file to app.xibo.org.uk the device is not added to the pool.
I do not get errors while uploading.

This is the first time since we upgraded to 1.8CMS.
Any suggestions?

Probably best to put a ticket in with us directly. If you can attach your licence request file we can look and see what’s in there and check that too.
