No mail allerts from system

4.2.2 installed with docker on ubuntu OS

windows

Issue

Again with e mail allerts, cms is configured to send mail, players ( displays ) are configured as istructions to send email allert(S) when a display goes offline, config.env is correctly configured, checked file and folder onwner (www-data) inside the installation

no mail are sent by system , on log i have this :

472053 27-03-2025 19:23 CONSOLE GET ERROR Unable to send email notification Error: Could not instantiate mail function.
472052 27-03-2025 19:23 CONSOLE GET ERROR Unable to send email notification mail to XXXXXX@sXXXX.com

Can someone help me? thank you

Hello!

I have the same problem here. Same installation, but neither Display alerts nor TFA are working.
The only indication I found is:

host aspmx.l.google.com[142.250.102.27] said: 550-5.7.1 [172.211.223.253] The IP you’re using to send mail is not authorized 550-5.7.1 to send email directly to our servers. Please use the SMTP relay at 550-5.7.1 your service provider instead. For more information, go to 550 5.7.1 'The IP you're using to send email is not authorized...' - Gmail Help

This is in /var/log/mail.log

If you find a solution let me know.

no one has answerd yet, i continue to hope someone can help to fix the problem . i got also this error:
