No installation screen appears Ubuntu 16.04

I’m sorry for my English.
I have tried to install Xibo 1.8.1 on Ubuntu 16.04 but having the xibo folder with its 777 permissions in the path / var / www / html, the following appears, and the installation menu appears in the web folder.

I would like to have the alternative of installing it without a docker, and not being forced to use that version.
