Testing a new installation of CMS server on Docker
Noticed Weather Module was not configurable. Nowhere to add API Key. Looked like an older module? Tried to add current Weather module, but there is no button to add modules under Administration>Modules as there was in 3.3.7. There is only a refresh button.
Provide screenshots where possible!
