As part of our academy trust, our two primary schools will soon be using our Xibo server. We have a VPN connection being set up soon, so this will allow access to the server.
Do you have any best practice information please regarding School A staff only being able to see school A media. Layouts can all be amended to have the correct permissions, but I’m not sure what is best to do with the media permissions. On the settings I can see the default is public or private, but I would like to be able to set to be visible to the primary group of that school’s user.
