I have to customize CMS for multi-tenant so that I am able to manage all customers and their data centralized. Xibo CMS allows me to make that level of customization without any issues ?.
If yes, what are the main challenges that I can face and what are the cons of customization?
If no, why is it not possible?
Also, please let me know if you have any other suggestions.

Xibo is single-tenant on purpose and there are no concepts in the CMS for it being multi-tenant. To modify it in this way you would need to add a “tenantId” to everything inside the CMS which would be a huge task.
Most simple uses cases for multi-tenant can be managed purely by User Groups / Folders and Sharing. The only thing you can’t do is have super admin users.
We much prefer to run a CMS per organisation as it keeps things nice a separate, improves data sovereignty and reduces potential breaches. In short, single tenant is good
