I have a multi region background and show some products with name, price and image.
The same time setting for text and image but the image and text do not come in time.
And the RSS run in the bottom some time freeze when a region changing.
They should appear at similar times but Xibo doesn’t support synchronising content between regions.
If they need to always change together consider using a dataset or multiple layouts.

How about the RSS or Text region with Marquee Left Effect is freezed when others region reload ?
Yes that can happen. It depends somewhat on the spec of the machine you’re using and the exact versions of the software involved.
I am using Minix Android 4.2 with the 1.7.56 Xibo Client.
It’s certainly possible on any hardware I’m afraid.
