Which way do you want to? from local cms to docker??
Either way, I can recommend to install phpmyadmin in order to export the database.
import it back to your new server. If it is a docker instance, just add the phpmyadmin image to the yml file. run the docker with only sql to import the database. Afterwards restart your docker included xibo and everything should be fine. If you are using different IP’s, change it afterwards within the cms

keep it simple
If you have a local cms, i hope you have some documentation which says what user you have. Going to docker is just editing your docker-compose.yml with the username/password.
