Menu tabs, links doesn't work (Solved)

hello

I just install xibo 1.7.1 on xampp, all seems to be good, but on the menu when I click on a tab or a link, nothings happens.
I can’t do anything (add event, add user, add campain, add media…)

What can I verify to do it work.
