Menu Board "not available" Products still shown in Layout

Hey All,
I’ve configured a Menu Board with Products and now I’m testing the Function that Products which are not available hidden at the Layout.
But this dosn’t work only if i restart the Player.

Player Version 4.0.3
CMS Version 4.0.6

Any Ideas?
