Media orientation task shows "Problem moving uploaded file into the Library folder"

Hi all,

After an upgrade i did, i am having issue with the media orientation task. It shows error “Problem moving uploaded file into the Library folder”. .Any help or clues would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

CMS Version: Upgrade from version 3.0.8 to 3.3.9
Installation Method: Custom install
