Manage Membership Dialog don't display all user groups

Issue in CMS

By selecting User → User Group the Manage Membership Dialog don’t display all existing user groups, only 10. There are no options to scroll or to go to the next page (see screenshot).

Are there other users affected by this issue if there are more than 10 User Groups defined?
