I am struggling to make my content fit the full screen. They have all been created in PP but saved and loaded as JPEGs but when they’re inserted into the playlist, they don’t fill the full screen.
I have tried creating content in Paint and saving as JPEGs but I’m getting the same problem. I do have 2 pieces running at full size and can’t see what’s different about them.
Ideally, I would love to get clear 1, 2, 3 instructions to be able to follow. Can anyone help me please?
The issue here is with the aspect ratio in which PowerPoint saves slides by default and the aspect ration on devices that you are using. You will need to change the original slide size in PowerPoint to the same aspect ratio as your devices are.
How:
In PowerPoint: Design tab -> slide size and pick one that’s right for you.
here you can find more detailed info about it:
When you will have correct slide sizes, you can save them as .jpeg and then they will fill the fullscreen.

Although your answer is largely fixing the problem, there is still a slight margin on the left hand side which is larger than the space on the right. What could be casing this?
The solution that I gave should fix your issue and images should fit perfectly.
Could you make a screenshot presenting your problem? (you can add it later to your reply)
After you do that, I’ll try to figure out what can be done to fix this.

Would love to send you the photo I have of it, but Xibo says I’m a new user and can’t. If you let me have an email address, I’ll send it that way. Essentially, the size I’ve picked is 16 x 9 but I’m going to try 16 x 10 and see if that fixes it.
