Linux vps or docker vps

i would like to have some advice
in the cloud you can have linux vps or since sometimes docker vps
what can i do ?

We recommend an Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64 bit server to run Docker on, and then following this guide:

You need a KVM, VirtualBox or VMWare based VPS. Container-based VPS instances (OpenVZ or Xen in some modes) are not suitable.
