I bought some licenses from the official web portal for webOS 2 and 3. Now I have 2 new displays (webOS 4 and 6) but they don’t connect correctly to my Xibo portal. Is it a licenses problem?

I can see you have opened a ticket on the help desk, I have responded to that with liks to the firmware required for your displays and a player version I would like you to install after the firmware upgrades are complete. I look forward to resolving this issue with you through the help desk.
