I have purchased several android licences under my email.
I am updating the xibo apps on the androids with the respective emails and it is not working.
Looking at the customer portal, the devices appear, but on the player side my email gets rejected and a licence is not awarded.
I am doing an offsite installation and need this answer asap.

You should open a ticket with Spring Signage.
Is this the Spring Signage portal?
In the CMS, have you set the display to use a license?
As Colin says, it’s best to open a ticket with our support team directly. However, if it’s showing up in Customer Portal then the most common issue is that the date or time or timezone is wrong on your device. Correct that and they should then licence correctly.
