LG Sigange Issue

Hi Community,

I am using a new installation Xibo 4.20. And two LG Display with WebOs 3.0 (uh5c-bf) with the Version R407. Firmware 4.73.60. In generell we just want to use it to play different kind of videos in a playlist. Right now it looks like i have two kind of problems.
The first one is i see that the videos are transfered to the tvs but i just see the splash screen.
I read that i still need a layout? In the calender i just picked the playlist or just one video but it didnt work.
The second problem is, that sometimes the tvs status dont change from orange to green. Its says “Screen is not up to date, but has not yet asked the server for updates”
Somebody has a solution for this?

I can send logs or screenshots or whatever ist needed to hoepfully fix this problem.

thanks for the reply. Sorry, I didn’t write that it is a self hosted Xibo machine. I opened a ticket, but they said I need to search for help in the community.
