Layout won't download to display

Hello,

We assigned a layout to a display and it worked correctly, overnight the screen is now showing the Xibo splash screen, and the display is showing a cloud in the status on the server with the following error message:

SQLSTATE[40001]: Serialization failure: 1213 Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction

We are using Xibo 1.8.

That message may happen from time to time, when the CMS is under load - on a small system I am surprised you get that message logged.

It is unlikely that message is related to the display showing a cloud - a cloud means that there are updated to download, but it has not checked in with the CMS.

What is the last accessed date and logged in status?
