Layout wont display at all

Hi All,

I’m just wondering if you could help me out. I’m having some trouble submitting a layout to our screen.

  • Our android device: QcoQce TX3 PRO
  • Xibo version: 1.7.9

Xibo URL: https://intranet.pensansprimary.co.uk/signage

The display is licensed and connected to CMS but everytime I try to display a layout it gives me this error.

350389	16-12-05 03:42:35	Android	Client	DisplayManager	Cannot set the next Layout from the Schedule. Schedule Invalid
350388	16-12-05 03:42:22	Android	Client	DisplayManager	Default Layout failed: canRun Test

Any help would be amazing.

Could you please double check that this layout is valid? (checkmark in status in CMS)
Make sure there are no empty regions on it.

If you can’t find problems with it, please export it and send it to me and I’ll have a look.

Yes, actually, I just had a moment to see your layout.

It’s because of the ticker you have there

http://www.repeatserver.com/Users/pensans/news.xml

That does not exist

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Because of that, android client is marking this layout as invalid and refuse to play it.
