when uploading content to media library and its being organized in folder/subfolder structure
inside layout when adding the media, there is only list of relevant content type (images or videos)
and folter by name/tag.
it is useful also to allow filter based on folder selection
so, when selecting a folder/subfolder inside the layout editor for library content - just the content type from the selected folder will appear.
