We have identified an issue which has been recorded here:

This is affecting both Playlist and Layout editors.

I copied the files (layoutDesigner.bundle.min.js and playlistEditor.bundle.min.js) from the 2.3.3 web / dist folder in the respective 2.3.4 folder and everything is ok.
