At the beginning of my campaigns the videos on the screens were smooth. But recently, the videos have become slightly jerky. The frame rate of the videos is optimal.
Can the problem come from the software and the large number of elements stored in the display?
Is there a way to “clean” the display of old visuals stored and no longer to be displayed.
In “display information” there is a “media” section where a large number of old elements of the layouts are stored
