Having issues with the layout design not showing correctly within IE, Chrome and FireFox browsers.

All that is displayed is as per the attached screenshot

That doesn’t look like a recent CMS version. What version is it please?

I believe it’s 1.7.8, see screen attached.

That looks normal to me then in that case.

For your info, 1.7 is end of life and no longer supported or maintained. It’s more than 5 years old and likely won’t work with more modern browsers. You should look to upgrade in the first case - ideally with a copy of your existing data.

No worries. I haven’t had much to do with Xibo at all, can you advise on the steps on how to upgrade it?

You’d have to go from 1.7 to 1.8, and then from 1.8 to 2.3.

In the process our recommendation would be to swap over to using Docker, in which case you’d do this:

Initially with 1.8.13 and do a normal upgrade to 2.3.5
