When I try to navigate to my log in URL is comes up that there is a “Database connection problem.” and wont load to log in. I took over the job of updating our sing just a few weeks ago. Not sure if anyone is able to help.

hm so when you enter CMS address and should land on login page you see db error?
Could you show us a screenshot, perhaps some additional server / dev console logs?
