Issue unable to play videos properly (Xibo_for_Android_v2_R217 with CMS Version 4.0.2)

We have v.2 licensed android players installed on 8 android Panel TVs. We upgraded the CMS because we had different problems before. CMS is working properly. However, whatever we did, we could not prevent distortions in the playback of videos on the screens. Distortions don’t occur in a single video. It happens in different videos, so it is random.
According to the solution suggestions we read here, we first re-encoded the videos to android 1080 and 720p with HandBrake. Then we plugged usb memory into the android tv and set the TVs as external memory.

Here is an example of the messages we received from the screen:

previously we were able to play videos in high definition as we extracted them through adobe media encoder without any problems, but now the videos are randomly not playing properly. We also installed the latest version of xibo android player to try, but it was not solved.

Hi Ali_Tarsuslu, welcome to the community!

Thank you for all of the information regarding your issue with video playback on your Xibo for Android player.

What version of Android is running on your devices?

Can you try encoding the videos as Fast 1080p 30 or Fast 720p 30 using Handbrake instead of the Androdi preset and confirm if the issue persists?
If the issue persists, please post the errors you receive.

I would also recommend setting multiple decoders to Off, as this can effect video playback if multiple decoders is not supported.

Many Thanks.

Hi
Thank you for the support

In line with your suggestion, we have re-encoded all videos by selecting Fast1080p constant 30 frame rate and fast decoding from the encoder options. Videos have fixed on all but one of the screens. I think if we uninstall and reinstall xibo player on the troubled screen, the problem will be fixed on that screen as well.

but I’m trying to fix another problem. As you can see in the screenshots, some screens don’t work in the correct time zone. I selected “Use the (CMS) Content Management System schedule” in the android features menu in the screen settings menu on the CMS When I enter the edit menu in the screens menu, I see other regions as time zone in the details window. I fix this manually. In the option “Set time zone for this screen or leave blank to use the CMS zone.” I leave blank to use the CMS zone, but the screen still assigns a different time zone to itself. How can I fix this?

As you can see when I ask for a screenshot, it gives a different date in the details

Hi again
We manually adjusted the time zone, time and date settings of the screens via the menu of the TVs. In the first installation, after setting the time zone, we selected to automatically update the time over the network, but for some reason it did not work correctly.
