Issue adding media via URL

Issue

When trying to upload images by URL, via interface or via api, returns an error:

and the log presents the follow:
Unable to save:519. Problema a copiar o ficheiro fornecido para a biblioteca
Cannot copy http://via.placeholder.com/300 to /var/www/cms/library/519.png

This has been reported already, and will be fixed in the next release.
