Installation Xibo 1.8.3 hosting hostgator is possible?
I’m not familiar with it, but if it’s not shared hosting and you can get the VPS from it (preferably Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 64 bit ), then I don’t see why not, it would be then on a similar basis as here - CMS Installation Service

one of our customers uses shared hosting with them on Ver 1.7.9, so you should be ok
