My Xibo is in v4.1.0 (Docker installation) and I wanted to know if it was possible to increase the retention of the audit trail and sessions entries, because I can only see 24h backward.

I don’t think is possible.
All docker installation setting is with environnement variable. You can check all variable available here: xibo-cms/Dockerfile at develop · xibosignage/xibo-cms · GitHub
But, in my case, I’ve a last 7 days.
