In my layout the RSS Feed was not show

Hello,
can you help me ?
On my Minix X35i with Xiao 4.0.6 I’ve problems with rss-feeds
In my layout I’ve set some regions where shows rss-feeds but there was a info “insert text” , but the same layout works well on another minix box.
Some ideas to help ?
