Impossible to create library folder during installation of CMS on windows server 2019

Issue

During the installation process we are invited to enter a folder location for library storage. No matter the folder locaton we put here, we still have the same error message, “impossible to create library folder for you”.
We have granted all the rights to IIS_IUSRS to the folder we have created but still have this message.
Is there any particular requirement for the folder we have missed ?

It’s best to install using Docker. You’ll eliminate any dependency problems.

Je te conseille fortement d’utiliser Docker.
Il fonctionne beaucoup mieux sur Docker, et permet de n’avoir aucun problème de dépendance comme tu es confronté actuellement.
Ton problème est sûrement du à l’utilisateur (utilisé par IIS) qui n’a pas le droit de créer un dossier à la racine de C:. Essaie également avec C:/ au lieu de C:\ et en rajoutant un \ ou / à la fin du dossier.
