Were you displaying a PDF by chance? Also is this the downloaded Xibo version of the player, or a self compiled version?

What do you mean when you say you were viewing a PDF?

Is it roman characters or another kind of character… I’ve seen other WPF programs barf on certain japanese character pdf files. We ended up opening the PDF in illustrator and turning the fonts into outlines.
