I want to create a system that responds to motion sensors and plays sound from signage. Please tell us how to achieve this.

You cannot use motion sensors with Xibo players.

To do this, you need to use an external solution and the Xibo API.

This is easy with Zigbee motion sensors (like Sonoff or Xiaomi) and HomeAssistant + Zigbee USB Key.
With HomeAssistant, you can trigger a motion detection and execute a URL that uses the Xibo API to wake up the display or change the layout.

It’s all about home automation.
