I cant preview of webpages

I have de version 3.33 but I cant see the preview of webpage gadget and when I try to see the preview it show this:

And in the desing or edition seccion it show the same:

For example I insert the youtube page or any other web page and show this message:

Youtube.com rejected the connection

Is something wrong with my installations in hosting?

I have not used it.
Have you tried it ?

I tried it, but the problem is with the plug-in, if I use other webpage make the same issue.
