Hi Xibo Community,
We have been seeing a lot of the same recurring error appearing in our CMS logs as of late:

Unable to open message: java.lang.Exception/Message Expired at 2025-05-16T10:07:57.000

There was a closed post (Unable to open message: java.lang.Exception/Message Expired at 2017-10-17T23:53:29.000) from many years ago that had the same error, with mention of the CMS Server Time being incorrect, but we double-checked and that is not the case for us. We are currently running the Xibo CMS Docker Container v3.3.12, but have noticed it with several previous versions before upgrading, as well.

This error seems to happen roughly every 14min for about 222 of our 500 DSCS9 Android players.

We have cleared cache, rekeyed XMR, purged the layouts on the player-- nothing seems to make the messages go away.

Does anyone know what Subscriber event is triggering this error and how we can make it go away?

@dan, maybe this is something that needs your expertise in troubleshooting?
