What is your server version?
What type of player do you use (windows, linux, android, webOS/Tizen)?
Isn’t there a network problem accessing this site from the Xibo server (firewall rule)?

We use Windows player
There is no network accessing problem, we can access web page via browser(google chrome/MS Edge) like the screenshot below ,

but can display it normally in Xibo like the screenshot below

If I understand, this is not displayed on the preview from the server (CMS). But is anything displayed on the player?

Why don’t you update to version 4 of Xibo?

I recommend testing with an Xibo 4 running on Docker.

Only available with Xibo for Windows and PowerPoint installed.

Can you provide a screenshot of the Player Status? → Whilst Xibo is running, click i on the keyboard to open the Status screen.

Check and adjust your IE Internet Security Settings:

  • Open Run: Win + R and type inetcpl.cpl

You can call a web method or action method from server side. In that method you can validate your id and password and return success or failure

It has nothing to do with web pages, but you have an error with the XMR connection.
Check on the Windows Profil Display your XMR address.

Please save your PPTM to PPT format.
