We want to run video in devices. The problem which we are facing is that when video get over, for half second screen is black and then the video restart.
Now we want that video should run in repeat mode without any black screen coming after completion and restart of it.
We have even used the loop option in Edit timeline , but still it didn’t worked.
Format of video is MP4 and run duration is 109 second.
Please help us out in solving the issue
Do you have anything else on the layout or is it just a full screen video?
When whole layout reloads ie when the region with the longest duration ends, there always will be a short flash.
You can add other item to the layout or another copy of the same video or increase the duration, but please don’t increase it too much (ie few hours or 24h would be fine, but will delay any changes to this layout/schedule, just please don’t set the duration for much longer than that).

Answer to your are question are as below:-
It is a full screen video. Basically it is video of HTML animated files. As Neo x5 don’t support the animation so we have made a video of it and are running it on devices.
Short flash is the only thing which is causing the problem. How can we get the short flash removed if we can?
As discussed early since it is a video having animation effects, we want it to run it without flash or break in repeat mode ( loop). Guide us any different approach which we can follow.
