hi all, I met a problem when using the client for linux. When I click “collect now” on server to a client for linux, it never upload its screenshot to server successfully(as shown below).
So I guess there are three possibilities: one is that server do not send the command successfully to client. Another one is that client do not receive the command. Last one is that client does receive the command but do not shot the screen or do not send screenshot successfully.
For locating the detailed reason, I need to check the log. So anyone knows where i can find the log or how to know whether the client for linux receive the command from the server(windows).
