How can we turn the monitor on and off via Odroid C2 player with HDMI-CEC?

Currently the only device that is officially supported for HDMI CEC commands is the DSDevices DSCS9, which uses DSDevices own app for CEC control.
You are welcome to try your own app with your ODROID device to see if it works but if you are looking for a supported solution, the DSCS9 is the only official option at the moment.
