Is this a port issue or firewall issue or something else?
Could you tell us a bit more about environment and what did you do so far please?
Is there proxy, firewall etc in place that can limit internet connection on the server when you installed the docker?
Which docker is it? (windows, windows toolbox, linux)
Do you have some other services running there which may lead to port conflicts?
If you do then you should either stop them if they are no necessary or use the custom ports to start the docker.
