Is it possible to get a single value from a data set to use in the HTML widget?

I’m building a menu and I want to grab data from a data set to fill in a custom table in the HTML widget.
That way updating the menu can be done by updating the dataset.

I’m incredibly new to Xibo, so I’m probably going about this the worst way.
