Will xibo cms cloud hosting be maintained in the long term or will we have to switch
obligatory to the plans (Professional, Business, or Entreprise in the short term?

We sent out a communication to all existing customers back in June/July 2022 explaining how the new Plans stucture would affect existing customers. If you’ve not received that for some reason, please open a ticket with our helpdesk and they can provide you with a copy.
The short answer is that there is no mandatory switch to Plans - customers who had Cloud-only hosting before August 2022 can continue to use that product. There is some information about how the price of that will change over time, and that is included in the communication I referenced earlier.
We do however feel that the Plans offer excellent value, and if you’d like to have a discussion about how a Plan might work for you, please feel free to get in touch and one of our Sales team can help you with that.
