I can’t seam to get the weather module to have a transparent background. The background of my layout is a .jpg. I host my own CMS and have windows clients. I have yet to try the layout on a client but in the preview the weather module does not have a transparent background.
Windows clients do not fully support transparency / overlapping regions I’m afraid. (android client does)
It is not an overlapping region. There is a background image for the layout and then a region with the forecast app in it.
